Please read the below information to explain how to use ihail.

How do I get paid with ihail?

The vehicle operator will pay you for all completed jobs in the same way they do for all Cabcharge EFTPOS payments. Simply:

Print your Cabcharge End of Shift Receipt
Or
Show the vehicle operator the email receipt sent to your inbox

Vehicle operators are paid directly by the taxi network. Any payments issues email support@ihail.com.au

What fare types are available on ihail?

Account (fixed price fares)

Payment is automatically processed at pickup, the customer exits the vehicle immediately at the destination.

Credit Card

Clear your meter (do not pause) and enter the metered fare amount into the MTData system.

Cash

The customer pays in vehicle.

For fixed priced fares use the drop off and pickup button on the MTData screen (dispatcher), do not run the meter.

MY PHOTO

Your photo is an important method of identification in the ihail app, and must need these standards.

Good quality, colour print
Clear, focused image with no marks or 'red eye'
Plain wihite or light grey background that contrasts with your face
No shadows or reflections

Face looking directly at the camera and not tilted in any direction
Hair off the face so that the edges of the face are visible
Eyes open, mouth closed, neutral expression
No hats or headwear, unless for religious reasons.

I argee to allow ihail to provide the passenger with my photo, name and mobile phone number for the purpose of completing an ihail booking.

I confirm that my supplied name and photo are those of a person licensed to drive a taxi. I also confirm that my supplied details match the driver details listed in the dispatch system for the supplied Driver Number and PIN.
